Probably moving to Utah in the fall

Yes, I Justin Hillstead will probably be moving to Utah this fall or Arizona being my second most likely choice. If i do move to Utah, i need to live there for a year in order to gain residency or else tuition is like beyond expensive. So in other words, i need some wisdom from other people that have gone down this path before!
